Solange Regina Marin

Solange Regina Marin is graduate in Economic Sciences from Universidade Estadual de Maringá (1998), Master’s degree in Rural Development at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2001) e Doctoral degree in Economic Development from Universidade Federal do Paraná (2005).  The Sandwich Doctoral Program was at Marquette University, Wisconsin/USA, under the supervision of Professor John Bryan Davis. She is currently an associate professor at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.

She has experience in Economics, with an emphasis on Social Welfare Economics, Methodology and Philosophy of Economics and HPE. Her areas of interest are poverty and inequality, economics and complexity, and HPE and feminist economics.
